God’s Grace must be important since many of the New Testament books begin

with “Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” –

Romans 1:7b.

Other books that start with Grace and Peace is I Corinthians 1:3, II Corinthians

1:2, Galatians 1:2, Ephesians 1:2, Philippians 1:2, Colossians 1:2b,

I Thessalonians 1:1,II Thessalonians 1:2, I Timothy 1:2b, II Timothy 1:2, Titus

1:4b, Philemon 1:3, I Peter 1:2b, II Peter 1:2, II John 1:3, Revelation 1:4b.

With so many statements of Grace at the beginning of these books, brings to

my mind that God’s Grace is vital to live a successful Christian life. I can honestly

say that if Grace comes from God, that it is available to each believer and is

perfect! “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down

from the Father of lights” – James 1:17a

Grace can not be active in one believers life if it does not involve a part for us.

God’s part is His Grace and our part is Faith. The only way to receive His Grace

is through our Faith in Him! “For by Grace you have been saved through Faith

and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God” – Ephesians 2:8. Salvation starts

with His Grace but also needs our Faith in Him to complete it.

There is no other force in the earth or in the heavens than God’s Grace mixed

with our faith. Together they can overcome every attack that the enemy can

bring. I want to over emphasis the importance of these two powerful arenas, for

everyone to understand in detail and to start living a victorious life.

God’s grace is reliable and available to every believer! Jesus brought unto us

God’s grace and is stated in John1:17 – For the law was given through Moses,

but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

How important is grace? Romans 5:17 reads “For if by one man’s offense

(Adam) death reigned through the one, much more those who receive

abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the

One, Jesus Christ”. Abundance of God’s grace tells us that there is no shortage

of His grace. And we shall reign in life – today and everyday! Another translation

states it this way “We shall reign as Kings in life”. God’s grace on believers gives

us the authority and privilege to rule here on the earth.

No matter what satan brings against us, we can be victorious in every attack

because of His grace. Even our salvation is traced back to God’s grace – “For by

grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift

of God”! God’s grace is a perfect ability given to us through Jesus Christ to live

the life God has planned for us.

We should be so thankful for God’s grace upon our lives! It opens up to us a

whole new ability in life.
